Surface Preparation
It is critical that the surface is carefully and skillfully prepped prior to the foam application. We consider all factors including the existing surface substrate, the complexity and configuration of the roof and so on. We also must take into account the weather conditions on the day of application. A surface must be dry and properly cleaned in order to optimize the roofing application.

It takes experience and skill to apply spray foam properly - that is to the correct thickness and, if necessary, grade. We have been spraying roofs for many years and have applied over a million square feet of foam so you can rest assured that your roof application will be professionally and skillfully applied.
After the foam has been applied a layer of elastomeric coating or gravel is applied. This protective layer creates a strong surface that can be walked on for normal maintenance.
